Welcome to AI Education Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://play.aieduacademy.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including all educational tools, AI-powered learning resources, courses, assessments, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Parents or guardians of users under 13 are responsible for supervising their child’s use and consenting to these Terms on their behalf.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or posing security risks.
3. License & Use Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or license any content without our express written permission; (b) use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data; (c) interfere with service integrity or security; or (d) use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
4. User-Generated Content
Any content you submit (e.g., answers, feedback, forum posts) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, and improve the Services. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and technology on the Services are owned by AI Education Academy or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to such intellectual property.
6. Fees & Payments
Some Services may require payment. All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a separate agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI EDUCATION ACADEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
